Join us for a labyrinth walk at Ann's Labyrinth in Shepherd Park to encourage and celebrate intention, mindfulness and community. We'll begin with a centering meditation, everyone will get a chance to walk the labyrinth, share their experiences and then we'll close.

About the event
All faiths, belief systems (including no faith) are welcome to attend. Free to the community. We meet every 2nd Friday of the month at the labyrinth (more info on that here) from 8:30-10 a.m. Please note there are no onsite bathrooms. Inspired and supported by the Center for Spirituality in Nature. BRING WATER and bug spray, dress appropriately.
